Buy Nation একটি অনলাইন ভিত্তিক ই-কমার্স প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যেখানে গ্রাহকরা ঘরে বসেই বিভিন্ন প্রয়োজনীয় ও ট্রেন্ডিং পণ্য অর্ডার করতে পারেন সহজে ও নিরাপদে।

❓ Buy Nation কি কোনো Warranty প্রদান করে?

না। Buy Nation কোনো পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে Warranty প্রদান করে না।
অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার করার আগে বিষয়টি ভালোভাবে জেনে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করুন।

❓ পণ্য ড্যামেজ হলে কী করবো?

যদি পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় ড্যামেজ অবস্থায় পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে Buy Nation থেকে ফ্রি রিটার্ন সুবিধা দেওয়া হয়।

• ডেলিভারি নেওয়ার সময়ই পণ্য চেক করতে হবে

• আনবক্সিং ভিডিও বা ছবি প্রমাণ হিসেবে প্রয়োজন হতে পারে

• ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে

❓ ডেলিভারির পরে পণ্য পছন্দ না হলে রিটার্ন করা যাবে?

না।
পছন্দ না হওয়া, কালার বা সাইজ সমস্যা, অথবা মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

❓ কত টাকার শপিং করলে ফ্রি ডেলিভারি পাওয়া যাবে?

👉 ১৫০০ টাকা বা তার বেশি অর্ডার করলে ফ্রি ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।

❓ ডেলিভারি চার্জ কত?

• চট্টগ্রাম সিটির ভিতরে: ৮০ টাকা

• চট্টগ্রামের বাইরে: ১২০ – ১৪৫ টাকা (লোকেশন অনুযায়ী)

❓ Advance Payment কেন দিতে হয়?

ভুয়া অর্ডার প্রতিরোধ এবং ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করার জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জের সমপরিমাণ বা নির্ধারিত কিছু টাকা Advance Payment হিসেবে নেওয়া হয়।

❓ Advance Payment দিলে কি সেটা ফেরত পাওয়া যায়?

যদি Buy Nation এর কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল হয়, তাহলে Advance Payment ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
গ্রাহকের কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল হলে Advance Payment ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

❓ Cash on Delivery (COD) আছে কি?

হ্যাঁ, Cash on Delivery সুবিধা রয়েছে, তবে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার জন্য Advance Payment প্রয়োজন।

❓ কত দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়?

• চট্টগ্রাম সিটির ভিতরে সাধারণত ২–৩ কর্মদিবস

• চট্টগ্রামের বাইরে সাধারণত ৩–৫ কর্মদিবস

(পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী সময় কিছুটা পরিবর্তন হতে পারে)

❓ অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পরে বাতিল করা যাবে?

হ্যাঁ, তবে ডেলিভারি পাঠানোর আগে জানাতে হবে।
ডেলিভারি পাঠানোর পর অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না।

If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, Buy Nation offers a free return facility.

• Product must be checked at delivery time

• Unboxing video or images may be required

• Complaint must be made within 24 hours

❓ Can I return a product if I change my mind?

No.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, color or size issues, or personal preference.

❓ Is there free delivery?

Yes.
👉 Free delivery on orders of BDT 1500 or above.

❓ What are the delivery charges?

• Inside Chattogram City: BDT 80

• Outside Chattogram: BDT 120 – BDT 145 (depending on location)

❓ Why is advance payment required?

This amount is adjusted with delivery charges.

❓ Is advance payment refundable?

If an order is cancelled due to Buy Nation’s issue, advance payment will be refunded.
If cancelled by the customer, advance payment is non-refundable.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available, but advance payment is mandatory for order confirmation.

❓ How long does delivery take?

• Inside Chattogram: 2–3 working days

• Outside Chattogram: 3–5 working days

Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
